Simply Stuffed Shells

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

    1 box pasta shells
    1 jar pasta sauce
    1 block tofu
    1 can coconut milk
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    paprika
    salt and pepper
    Italian seasonings like basil, oregano
    optional:
    broccoli
    spinach
    onions
    garlic

Directions:

My spices aren’t measured out because I season to taste. sorry if that’s not very helpful to some..
