Frozen Fruit Skewers
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
skewering sticks
bananas, cut into 4-5 pieces
grapes
grapefruit, tangerines or favorite citrus fruit, sectioned
Chocolate-covered variations:
vegan chocolate chips
-or-
cocoa powder mixed with water
Directions:
Have all fruit un-frozen. Slide pieces of fruit onto skewering sticks and pop em into the freezer. If you’re choosing to make the chocolate covered with chocolate chips, melt the chips in a microwave in 30 second segments, stirring in between. Or you can use a double broiler.
