My green smoothie with blueberries, sprouts, cocoa and spinach of this morning, turned out to be most delicious. The addition of sprouts and lemon is surprisingly good.
Serves 2 – 3
Ingredients
2 bananas
2 tablespoons hulled hemp seed
1 cup frozen blue berries
2.5 cups pure water
1 teaspoon super foods of choice
5 cocoa beans / 1/2 tbs of nibs
Handful wild spinach
1 tablespoon broccoli sprouts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Few drops of liquid stevia to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender. Add enough water so that all ingredients are covered. Blend well. You may want to add a little more water if you like your smoothie thinner.
