One of my favorite kitchen appliances is the Crockpot. There is nothing like dedicating a day to slow cooking and lounging around the house. My crock pot is one of those that is an ugly orange, with a cheap 1960 flower pattern around the edge, and stains from who knows when (which my children always eye suspiciously).
