I keep at least two loaves of this bread in my freezer(which is where you will find it at the grocery store. For some reason this bread taste best when toasted in a frying pan! I like the original in the orange & the Raisin Cinnamon, it keeps you goin! 
I always whip ip a box of brown rice mac & chreese when I need fast comfort food.I usually leavein half a cup of of the cooking liquid (I dont rinse either)& star sprinkling in the powder chrees & then add a huge dollop of earth Balance, a splash of hempmilk & squeeze of lemon & salt. YUMMMY
