Waldorf Salad

For many fans of comedy, the phrase “Waldorf salad” will of course bring to mind a 1979 episode of the classic British TV sitcom, Fawlty Towers. Apr 18, Raw Food Bar Recipe

Here’s a very quick and easy recipe for a delicious raw food bar. Great for taking along when you’re on the go.

Ingredients:
1 Handful of brazil nuts
1 Handful of pitted dates
Dash of sea salt
Few drops of lemon juice

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix at low speed. (The ingredients should be finely chopped so that you still see little chunks - like a pesto - and not too smooth.)

You can make the “dough” into balls, into “bars” (make your own larabar), or you can wrap them in a sheet of nori seaweed like a sushi roll.

Enjoy!
