When I saw prunes as a main ingredient in this cake, I new I had to try it. It made a really nice bundt cake and didn't sink at all in the middle. The flavor was good, too. I would consider it to have a "light" chocolate flavor. I prefer an intense chocolate flavor so next time I will probably add extra cocoa powder and some vanilla.

I wouldn't have thought of making a sorbet like this in the food processor. Thought I'd need an ice cream maker.
